At the end of October I became "My Digital Studio" Certified! I have completed all the requirements (videos, quizzes) and even completed a 24 page hardcover photo album! I designed each and every page myself and loved doing it! I now have a BEAUTIFUL keepsake of our families "Summer of 2009" that will last forever!

As promised, here is another card made at the Library class on Thursday night. This stamp set is so versatile, I just had to try this when I saw it done by Mary Price-Williams.
The flower stamp set is Pocket Silhouettes and I sometimes forget about it. When I saw this idea I knew it would work perfect for the library class and it did, the ladies loved it. It is using a masking technique by punching out a 1" circle and apply to card using dotto. then you stamp the flowers around in a circle until you have the wreath as full as you'd like it. When finished remove the 1" circle and tada...you have a beautiful wreath. This can work for any season or holiday by changing the colors. What a fun easy card!

Sorry it has been so long since I have checked in with all of you. Yes, it seems like I am always starting each entry like that but it has just been crazy in this house for the last two weeks. The stomach bug hit our entire house these last two weeks. I've had to cancel classes and clubs and now I think we are finally on the road to recovery!
I held a Thanksgiving Card Class at the Pentwater Library on Thursday night. We had 11 wonderful women come and make 3 cards. I had a great time showing them a few new things and I hope they too had a great time learning something new!
This is one of the cards the ladies made on Thursday night. The idea came from our Stampin' Success magazine we as demonstrators receive once a month. I was going through some old ones from last year for some inspiration and came across this and knew it would be a hit and it was! These punch art figures are always a favorite. I think he is just adorable!
I used the Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, Boho Blossoms Punch, and the Crop-A-Dile. He was fun!

We are headed to the my husband's parents house in a bit to celebrate Thanksgiving early. It is nice so we don't have to stuff ourselves on Thursday!

I was invited to teach a class at Mason County's Community Education Leisure & Enrichment by my friend Denise. I wanted to do something different than just cards, so I decided on a decorative tile. I had 8 ladies attend the class and we had so much fun. I think they all were surprised how easy it was.
I chose this tile for my "Autumn" class. My friend, Kimberly Van Diepen, had done this layout last year I had fallen in love with it. This has always been one of my favorite stamp sets, Inspired by Nature. These will make perfect Christmas items for co-workers, teachers, friends or anyone! I've been busy working on Club projects, Christmas Stamp-A-Stack cards, and Craft Fair items. After this week things are going to get a little crazy in my stamp room! I have booked many nights with some great holiday classes and a few workshops too! I can't wait as this is what I love to do!
