New "Vintage" stamp set

With the Occasions Mini catalog coming in just a week.  I wanted to share with you one of my favorite stamps sets out of the mini catalog.  This set is called "Vintage Vogue" and also has a coordinating wheel called "Very Vintage".  I can see myself using this stamp set A LOT over the next 4 months!!!!

This card is SO vintage looking it definitely matches the name of the stamp set and wheel.  You'll notice the "paper lace" technique.  This was shown by Kimberly Van Diepen, my dear friend and upline.  I decided to add the wheel to the cardstock to make it look even lacier (if that is a word?).  The corduroy button is actually Kraft and then I sponged it with Soft Suede ink...I just LOVE these buttons!!  I did a lot of sponging and layering which are two of my favorite things!  Of course our In Colors, Crushed Curry and Soft Suede are also two of my favorites too!

New round of "Stamps in the Mail" to start!!

I am starting "Round 2" of my Stamps in the Mail program starting in January.  This is a GREAT program if you love to stamp and you don't even need to leave the comfort of your own home during this wintery weather!  The program is a 3 month commitment and runs from January - March.

Wandering Words

I really feel in love with this stamp set so I decided I better use the mailbox one before it can't be ordered anymore.  I just think this mailbox is adorable. 

I colored the entire stamp with our Stampin' Write Markers.  I just love using our markers!  The black and white polka dot paper is our Night and Day DSP...I love it!  The ribbon is actually our Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon died using Ruby Red Classic Ink and a Stampin' Sponge.  I just love the look of the ribbon...it almost looks like velvet.

This card can easily be used for a Valentines Day card or just anyone you are thinking about.  The stamp set also comes with a Christmas theme stamp and Autumn theme stamp...don't wait too long.  This set is in the Holiday Mini catalog and only available until January 4th!

Medallion Snowflake

When I attended the Cincinnati Regional Seminar in September there were many card samples on the display boards.  Most of these samples were made by those demonstrators attending so I was unable to get the name of the demonstrator who did this card.  I fell in love with it and knew I needed to make one.  I did a workshop in November and the guests made this card along with my club members in December...I told you I love this card!

The Medallion is stamped in Whisper White Craft Ink on to Kraft Cardstock.  The Scallop Circle punch is made with the Bella Bleu DSP...boy do I love this paper!  It is so beautiful.  The snowflake from the hostess set "Christmas Punch" is punched out with the 1" Circle Punch and then dotted with Crystal Effects.  The "Merry Christmas" is from the set Christmas Greetings Here is a close up...

Well after tomorrow night I will be busy with the rest of my Christmas items.  I have lots to do yet and I can't wait to share some of the projects with you when I am finished with them.

Winter Gum Holder

Here is another Gum Holder I made for the Craft Fairs I did this year.  I just LOVE this one!  How can't you love Kraft, Not Quite Navy and Soft Suede together...then add some Bella Bleu DSP...YUM!!!

Craft Fair Items

I had a great time at two different local craft fairs in the last month.  I love meeting new people especially when the subject is Stampin' Up!  Talking about stamping for 7 hours is a favorite for me!  My mom and I made over 400 items to sell at these two different craft fairs and I wanted to share a few with you.

Here is a cute idea for a gift card holder.  The Santa is made with Stampin' Up! punches and is SO cute!

 
 

When you untie the ribbon this is what you will find inside.  The gift card slides in the pocket made with the Top Note Die.

 
 

These gum holder wraps are SO much fun to make.  It was so much fun...I made three different designs.  Here is one for you.

 
 

When you pull up on the ribbon at the top the gum slides out.

 

I was really into the punch art this year. Here is another idea of a gum holder but with a different type of packaging.  Isn't he sooo cute?!?!
