This is the last card share I have for you using the Tape It stamp set for now. These were the four I submitted to Stampin' Up! for the Featured Artist article. I still have a 3D project to share with you in the next day or so.
By now you can probably tell I needed to keep the same color combo for all of the projects. I love the softness the Crumb Cake gives to any project and this one uses A LOT of Crumb Cake cardstock (120953) and sponged with a Stamping Sponge (101610) and of course, Crumb Cake Classic Ink (126975).
I stamped the tape images onto Crumb Cake cardstock using Wild Wasabi Classic ink (126959), Summer Starfruit Classic Ink (126991), and Baja Breeze Classic Ink (no longer available). I then cut out the strips of tape and adhered them to the card base.
I cut out the image from the Labels Collection Framelit and used the negative on the top layer of the card. Then using the label I cut out, I used the next size smaller framelit to cut out the center and then I had the outer edging left and placed it on the top layer of the card.
I wrapped some Linen Thread (104199) around the left side of the card and threaded it through one of our Naturals Designer Buttons (127554). The flag is stamped with one of the tap images in Crumb Cake on Crumb Cake and the "thank you" is from One in a Million stamp set (126382) stamped in Early Espresso Classic Ink (126974).
I hope you've enjoyed my share of projects using the "Tape It" stamp set. I have a 3D project to still share so be sure to stop back by! Have a great weekend!
